KMJR is one of the main programs conducted every year, facilitated by trained facilitators that will guide the students in the program. This program involves students mainly from secondary schools who are preparing for their big examination. It is usually conducted during the long school break before the year starts. The objective of this program is to motivate the students to sit for their examinations and also to sharpen their leadership skills. Islamic practices and moral values will also be taught so the students can apply those in their daily lives.
Aside from that, this program encourages the students to share the knowledge that they have acquired during the 3 days and 2 nights’ program with their friends in school. This is also a way to encourage them to seek knowledge during their long holiday.
Showing support and love towards teenagers can be done by guiding them in realizing their self-potential as well as their role for the family and society. The students get to acquire new knowledge from this programme as they are exposed to the importance of knowledge, life goals and implementation of moral values. The aim to make the students realize that there are people out there who still care and want them to be better in future is achieved. Besides, skills such as motivational and Islamic practices are implemented in this program to help them in decision making to avoid involving in unhealthy activities.
